Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided directly by Decoder Core Technologies LTD. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Decoder Core Technologies LTD offers proprietary web hosting, domain management, virtual verification number rentals, eSIM services, and digital software licensing. All services are provided directly by Decoder Core Technologies LTD.

2. Acceptance and Changes

By accessing or using our services, you accept these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Eligibility and Security

You must be authorized and legally permitted to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Hosting Services

Hosting services are delivered through our proprietary infrastructure and are subject to package-specific limits, including storage, bandwidth, email, and database allocations. We strive for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or 100% uptime.

Backups are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in your hosting package. We may provide backup tools or optional restoration features, but you remain responsible for maintaining copies of your own content and data.

Resource abuse, including excessive CPU, memory, disk, or network usage, may result in throttling, suspension, or account termination. You may not use hosting services to engage in unlawful activity, spam, or activity that harms the platform or other users.

5. Domain Management

We provide domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS management, and associated administrative services as part of our proprietary platform. You are responsible for selecting the correct domain names and maintaining accurate registration information.

Domain renewals must be completed promptly. Failure to renew may result in loss of the domain and termination of related services. We are not responsible for costs, losses, or disputes arising from expired domains.

DNS records and domain-to-server configuration are managed through our platform. You are responsible for ensuring that DNS changes are correct. We are not liable for downtime or misrouting caused by incorrect DNS configurations submitted by you.

Domain transfers are subject to applicable registration and transfer policies. You are responsible for obtaining and providing accurate authorization information and complying with transfer requirements.

6. Virtual Verification Numbers

Virtual verification number services are offered as temporary rentals for receiving one-time passcodes and similar verification messages. These services are categorized as Standard or Premium based on delivery expectations and support levels.

Standard rentals are intended for routine verification and may involve longer delivery times and lower priority support. Premium rentals are intended for higher priority verification needs and may include faster delivery and premium support.

We do not guarantee delivery of every verification message. Delivery depends on external carrier networks and the receiving party’s systems. If a verification message is not received, you must notify us promptly so we can investigate and determine eligibility for a refund.

Refunds for unreceived messages are available only when the failure was caused by our service and when your use complies with these Terms. Misuse, including use for prohibited or fraudulent activity, may result in denial of refunds and termination of services.

All virtual number services must be used in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. Prohibited use includes harassment, fraud, evasion of law enforcement, and violations of our platform policies.

7. eSIM Services

eSIM services are offered through our proprietary provisioning platform and are subject to availability, plan-specific data and validity limits, and activation requirements. eSIM plans are priced in USD and may require a USD wallet or payment method.

eSIM activation depends on mobile network compatibility, device support, and correct travel date or region selection. We do not guarantee that every device or every network will successfully activate an eSIM. If activation fails, you must contact support promptly, and we will determine eligibility for a refund or replacement based on the cause of failure.

Refunds or replacements for eSIM orders are available only when the issue is caused by our provisioning service and not by the user’s device, network compatibility, or incorrect order details. We may deny refunds if the order was placed in violation of these Terms or if the user provided inaccurate information.

eSIM orders are not transferable once issued. You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise share eSIM credentials or activation codes generated by our platform.

8. Digital Script and Software Licensing

Decoder Core Technologies LTD licenses commercial software and script downloads through two purpose-built systems: a project activation license for platform installations and updates, and a purchase-linked license key for each downloaded script.

Project activation requires a valid purchase code and must be completed for each installation domain. Activation creates a stored project license record that includes the domain, item identifier, license token, activation timestamp, support expiration, and status. Update access depends on the license remaining active and properly bound to the installation domain.

When the installation requests updates, the platform verifies the current license token against our license server using the installation domain and product information. If the license is inactive, expired, revoked, or invalid for the domain, update checks and package downloads will be blocked until a valid license is reactivated.

Commercial scripts purchased from our marketplace are delivered with a unique license key generated for each buyer and purchase. This license key is required to download the protected script archive and may also serve as proof of purchase. The key is tied to the purchaser and the specific script purchase and cannot be shared, transferred, resold, or reused by another party.

To protect our digital products, script downloads are delivered as password-protected archives encrypted with the license key. You must use the exact license key provided at purchase to access the downloaded files.

Some script licenses may include time-limited access or support terms. Regardless of the issuance method, license keys and purchase records are enforced by the platform: invalid, expired, or revoked license keys will prevent downloads and may terminate access to updates, support, or the associated script library.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sublicensing, decompilation, reverse engineering, or modification of licensed software or license keys is prohibited. You may not bypass or circumvent our license enforcement mechanisms in any way. Breach of these obligations may result in immediate license suspension, revocation, and termination of services.

9. Payments and Refunds

Fees for services are payable as specified during purchase. All payments are due in full and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments or payment disputes. Charges for optional services and renewals are subject to applicable terms and may be billed separately.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or otherwise threaten the security or stability of our platform. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

Upon termination, we may delete or disable access to your data, hosted content, domains, and license-related services in accordance with our policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decoder Core Technologies LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the law governing our operations.
