DaveeDeCoder (DDC) is a single-vendor digital products and hosting services platform. All products sold on this website are created, owned, and distributed exclusively by DaveeDeCoder.

All digital products sold are licensed, not sold.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under one of the following license types:

Modify the item for that single project
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product
Use it for multiple projects without purchasing additional licenses
You may:
Use the item in multiple projects
Modify the item for commercial usage
Use it in client projects

Resell the item as a standalone product
Redistribute source files publicly
All intellectual property rights remain with DaveeDeCoder.
Each product purchase includes:
6 months of free technical support
Bug fixes
Guidance on product usage
Assistance with installation/configuration
Support does NOT include:
Custom development
Third-party plugin conflicts
Server-level custom configurations
Training or consulting services
Customers may purchase an additional 12 months of support.
Extended support provides:
Continued technical assistance
Priority response handling
Product compatibility updates (where applicable)
Support is provided during business hours and response times may vary.
All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
The product is broken and cannot be fixed
The product does not match its description
Duplicate purchase
Technical incompatibility that cannot be resolved
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
Change of mind
Lack of technical knowledge
Failure to read product description
Hosting suspension due to policy violation
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
Hosting services are provided using third-party cloud infrastructure and server management software.
Hosting services are powered by enterprise cloud infrastructure providers.
We manage hosting accounts using Hestia Control Panel.
Hosting packages include:
Server management assistance
Account setup
Basic troubleshooting
Support does not include:
Malware cleaning caused by user negligence
Custom server development
Application coding
Users may NOT:
Host illegal content
Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails
Host phishing or fraudulent websites
Distribute malware
Use excessive server resources
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate:
Accounts violating our policies
Hosting accounts involved in abuse
Users attempting to redistribute products illegally
Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
All payments must be completed before product download or hosting activation.
Failure of payment processing will result in service suspension.
All products, branding, logos, designs, code, and content remain the sole property of DaveeDeCoder.
Unauthorized redistribution, reselling, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
DaveeDeCoder shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party service failures
Infrastructure downtime beyond our control
Users agree to use our services at their own risk.
We aim to provide reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external infrastructure issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
